Established in 1975, ConnextCare Dental is a patient-centered dental practice providing Oswego, Jefferson, and Onondaga County residents with a variety of comprehensive dental services. The center is operated by ConnextCare, a private, federally funded non-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.

Located at 61 Delano Street, in Pulaski, New York, 510 South Fourth Street, Suite 600, in Fulton, New York, and our Newly Opened Dental Office located at 120 East First Street, Oswego, New York. ConnextCare Dental of Pulaski, Fulton and Oswego are accredited through the Joint Commission. The dental office treats patients of all ages using digital radiography and electronic dental charts.

All major insurances are accepted, and a sliding fee scale discount program is available for eligible patients.
