Established in 1975, ConnextCare Dental is a patient-centered dental practice providing residents with a variety of comprehensive dental services. The center is operated by ConnextCare, a private, federally funded non-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.

ConnextCare Dental is conveniently located in Pulaski, Fulton, and Oswego. Our dental offices are accredited through The Joint Commission and treat patients of all ages using digital radiography and electronic dental charts.

All major insurances are accepted, and a sliding fee scale discount program is available for eligible patients.
