Fulton

ConnextCare Fulton is a patient-centered healthcare practice providing Oswego and Northern Onondaga County residents with a variety of comprehensive healthcare and related services. The center is operated by ConnextCare, a private, federally funded non-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. 

ConnextCare Fulton is located at 510 South Fourth Street, Suite 600, in Fulton, New York. Due to construction underway at the Fulton Medical Center please use the main entrance to the building to access the ConnextCare suite.
