ConnextCare will see any patient regardless of their ability to pay for the care they need. ConnextCare participates in a variety of insurance plans including, but not limited to, those listed below. All co-payments are expected at time of services. If ConnextCare does not participate with your insurance carrier, payment is expected at time of service. As a courtesy, we will be happy to bill your insurance.
For self pay patients, we offer payment arrangements as well as a Sliding Fee Program for those who are income eligible. We have an onsite Outreach Coordinator for assistance with enrollment in Child Health Plus and Managed Medicaid programs.
