ConnextCare is pleased to welcome Ashley Monroe, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to our growing team of mental health providers.
Ashley joined the team after completing her schooling and clinical training at SUNY Upstate Medical University.

Ashley will be located in the Oswego office which is currently located at 10 George St. until the opening of the new ConnextCare Oswego office at 120 East 1st St. on March 31, 2025.
