Substance Use Disorder Program

Addiction does not discriminate. If you or someone you know needs help with addiction to drugs or alcohol, there are medications and treatments that can help.

The mainstay of the ConnextCare Medication Assisted Treatment service is through the use of a combination of buprenorphine and naloxone (Suboxone®, Zubsolv®, Bunavail®, Probuphine®). We also provide Vivitrol injections to patients with alcohol dependency and/or opioid dependence as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. These treatments are covered by many insurances and has demonstrated success in recovery from addiction.

These services are offered in the Pulaski, Mexico, Fulton and Oswego offices.

Patients interested in participating in the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) service must complete a pre- treatment screening. Please call (315)598-4790 to speak with our Care Manager for Specialty Services, Ashley Rupert, RN!
